The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for the following duties:

? Ensure that all accounting reports are prepared in a timely manner to facilitate decision-making.
? Participate in the development and implementation of strategies, policies and best practices of the accounting   and finance functions to meet financial objectives.
? Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
? Implement, monitor, maintain and ensure the effective performance of accounting systems and software.
? Maintenance of cash management system.
? Ensure compliance with internal control policies of the company and with applicable laws and accounting standards.
? Prepare the company?s annual financial statements in keeping with the requirement of the international Accounting Standards.

Minimum Requirements:? Bachelors Degree in Financial Accounting or ACCA advance level qualifications.
? At least 5 years Experience at a Supervisory/Management level
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
? Working knowledge of Accounting Software

? Must be a team player and posses strong Leadership abilities
