Project Manager
Duties

The Project Manager is responsible for estimating, start up, scheduling, actual construction, expediting, inspection, quality control, and total delivery of the project (s) according to the established criteria, budgetary and time guidelines, using management software programmes such as Microsoft Project. He/she is responsible for developing organization and management structures and systems within the project (s) assigned to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Project Manager will also interface on behalf of the Company with subcontractors, business associates, clients and other personnel on matters relating to the project (s) as well as preparing required reports.

Requirements

Must have a good understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling and blueprint reading.
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project is also vitally necessary.
Should possess a minimum of ten years experience with at least five years specializing in Project Management.
