Glen Acres is a cozy housing development nestled in the picturesque St. George area. This project aptly demonstrates our watchwords "creativity, design and innovation".
Designed by SRM Architects Ltd, Glen Acres is an affordable housing project in a quiet St George community. This eighty-eight housing development comprises six house types of three bedroom units, either single or two storey. Lots range from 1300 sq ft to 2000 sq ft. This project utilized the Form System method of construction.
The buildings are reinforced concrete construction utilizing a metal formwork system, which enables the structure to be cast in two to three days incorporating plumbing, electrical and air conditioning services. The bathrooms and kitchens are finished with granite countertops and each property has a driveway/carport.
