In 2002, Creative Designs launched its operations in Barbados in pursuit of its mandate to be the premier building and construction company in the region.
The Bel Air Home for Children and Adolescents was built at cost by the Creative Designs team. Opened in January 1999, this facility is located in the area of Calliste, St. George's.
