Barbados' South Coast will never be the same again! That's because 59 exquisite luxury residences have been constructed. The Condominiums at Palm Beach have changed the landscape of the South Coast forever. 

The official opening which took place in early January 2010 attracted captains of industry and commerce including those in the construction and real estate business.

Comments heard throughout the night included: "Wow! this is an amazing development". "I can't believe that we have a property like this on the South Coast - these are the kind of properties one would normally find on the West". Prime Minister David Thompson remarking of the development said "This development is helping to diversity the tourism product on the South Coast. It is bringing both higher standards of living and greater quality of living to a number of people at a time when there is increasing competition for the standard tourist in search of sand, sea and sun".

Creative Designs Building Construction (Barbados) Ltd. was the construction company engaged by the developers and owners of The Condominiums at Palm Beach to construct the building and the adjoining Central Block which contains offices, and other amenities.

Dr. Anselm LaTouche, Chairman and President of Creative Designs, attended the opening ceremony and was lauded for his efforts. 

In commenting on the construction of the property, Dr. LaTouche said: "The construction of this property has been somewhat of an acid test for our company. I am pleased that in spite of the set-backs, we have been able to meet our client's primary request. Let this be the Best on the South Coast".
