Creative Designs Builds another "First"
St. George's, Grenada, July 15, 2010 Creative Designs has completed the construction of another ultra modern, environmentally-friendly financial services building. Grenada Cooperative Bank, the spanking new banking facility located in the heart of Grenada's capital, St. Georges, is also another "first" for the construction company. The five-storey building features an automatic car lift which enables access to the upper car parking area. This is a first for Grenada and for many of the islands in the Caribbean. The banking hall is aesthetically designed with custom-built furniture by the workshop craftsmen of Creative Designs. The exterior of the building mirrors the brick façade look which is a unique feature of many of the historical buildings in the area. According to Dr. Anselm LaTouche, Chairman and President of Creative Designs, the partnership between Creative Designs and Grenada Cooperative Bank has allowed us to demonstrate once again that Caribbean construction companies and ancillary service providers are equipped to construct first-class buildings and facilities that can be compared to those seen anywhere in the world. "We have the talent and the capability to design and construct cutting edge, ultra modern buildings. We are proud to be able to add the construction of Grenada Cooperative Bank to our growing list of projects that we have constructed using cutting-edge technologies and superior workmanship. Our goal is to continue to exceed our clients' needs and expectations while at the same time having a positive influence on the environment", he said.
Creative Designs proudly continues to build and renovate world-class buildings in the Caribbean - the St. George's University in Grenada and the Condominiums at Palm Beach in Barbados being among them.
